Fees for 2009
A fee of R200 is payable on application.
On offer and acceptance of a place, a non-refundable sum of R2000 is payable.
The annual academic fee for Grades 8 - 12 is R43 900 which is payable over three terms. This does not include the cost of textbooks.
In addition to the above fees, the following levies are payable:
R150 per annum - Computer Upgrade Levy
R240 per annum - Photocopying Levy
R480 per annum - Camp Fees
R250 per annum - Grade’s 8 & 9 Art Levy
R400 per annum - Grade’s 10, 11 & 12 Art Levy
R1600 per annum - Levy for students who do Design
Grades 11 & 12 R470 x 3 terms : IEB Examination Levy
Grades 8 - 10 R280 x 3 terms : IEB Examination Levy
A discount of 3.5% is offered if fees are paid in full by 15 February.
Selection of Learners
Applicants are interviewed with their parents and must present reports from their previous schools. In addition, applicants may be required to write an entrance examination.
Scholarships
The school offers part academic scholarships for entry into Grade 8. Individuals are assessed according to their performance in the Scholarship Examination, as well as their reports from Primary School and an interview.
